Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Ticket Cancellation

You can cancel your bus tickets online through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. The cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled departure time of the bus.

2. Cancellation Charges

• Before 24 hours of departure: 10% deduction.
• Between 12 to 24 hours of departure: 25% deduction.
• Between 6 to 12 hours of departure: 50% deduction.
• Within 6 hours of departure: No refund (100% deduction).

3. Refund Process

If your ticket is successfully cancelled, the refund amount (after deducting the cancellation charges) will be automatically credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Bus Cancellation by Operator

If Mangalsai Tours and Travels cancels a scheduled bus for any reason, all affected passengers will be provided a 100% refund without any deductions. We will also strive to arrange alternate transportation where possible.
