2. Ticketing and Boarding

• Passengers are required to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Passengers must carry a valid photo ID proof along with the e-ticket (SMS/Email/Printed).
• The company reserves the right to change the seat numbers in case of unavoidable circumstances.

3. Luggage Policy

• Passengers are allowed to carry one piece of luggage weighing up to 15kg per seat.
• Extra luggage will be charged at the boarding point based on availability.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to passenger luggage. Do not carry valuables in your luggage.

4. Bus Delay or Cancellation

Mangalsai Tours and Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or breakdowns. In the event of a bus cancellation by the operator, passengers will be provided an alternate bus or a full refund.

5. Payment Gateway

All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
