Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

Mangalsai Tours and Travels provides bus ticket booking services. We do not sell physical goods, and therefore, no physical shipping or delivery takes place.

2. Ticket Delivery Process

Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay), your e-ticket will be instantly generated and displayed on the screen. Additionally:

• An SMS containing your ticket details (PNR, Bus Number, Seat Number) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• An email confirmation with a printable e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address.
• Registered users can view, download, and print their tickets anytime from the "My Bookings" section in their account.

3. Delivery Delays

In rare cases, network issues may delay the SMS or email delivery. If you do not receive your confirmation within 15 minutes of booking, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.
